Our little chicka dee has a new wing. Great news - Mom came through surgery with flying colors. Her surgeon was extremely pleased with the results. She is resting comfortably and pain free (still doped up - almost the same euphoria that is caused by socks that rocks). It was a very long day but with a very happy ending.
